Beth’s World Famous Chili…Ok maybe not world famous…YET!
Ingredients
1-2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion (my favorite is Vidalia)
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 small can tomato paste
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 1/2 Tbs Ground Cumin
1 Tbs Chili powder
1 tsp yellow mustard
5-10 dashes of Tabasco sauce
