Why do my cookies look like pancakes?
So recently I made my delicious cowboy cookies, and they were looking great until I pulled them out. Instead of my beautiful, thick oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, I found flat, crunchy disks of oatmeal and chocolate chips. I couldn’t figure out what happened, so I did a little research. On our way home from Phoenix we decided to go on Route 66 for a bit. So of course we had to try some of the local restaurants. So in Winslow, AZ we turned off to hunt for a local eatery. We found Falcon Family Restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the various Mexican and American offerings.
