First of all, I’m sorry for the delay on the last few posts. I’ve been having problems with wordpress. It seems like every time I try to post an article, the site freezes up; I get frustrated, and then I give up. So for those of you who’ve been looking for the latest installments in my detox saga, I apologize for making you wait.

Snack- pear
Lunch- sautéed chicken and roasted veggie pasta
Dinner- seared fish, brown rice, wilted kale with sautéed onions

Breakfast- 2 bites of a chicken lettuce wrap and 1/2 a pear
Lunch- Tuscan soup with chicken sausage
Snack- pear
Dinner- Tuscan soup with chicken sausage
This sucks! I want to eat a taco. Only 4 more days. I can’t wait for it to be over! When it is I’m making a chocolate brownie pie and eating the whole thing myself! Just kidding. The one good thing is that I’ve lost about 5 pounds. So I will restrain myself from going crazy when it’s all said and done. I don’t want all this suffering to be in vain! Ha! I’m a 4, and I still want a taco!

Breakfast- kashi toasted oats
Lunch- chicken and brown rice with roasted broccoli
Snack- blueberry oatmeal
Dinner- chicken lettuce wraps
I’m tired of being on this! I’m ready for it to be over with! I need some variety. I don’t want to see chicken or brown rice for a long time when this is over. I know this is good for me, and that I committed myself to doing it. That’s about the only reason I didn’t eat that piece of wonderful-looking pizza I made for the kids tonight! I’m a 6.

Dessert- peach, pear, blueberry smoothie
Another uneventful day. Still haven’t cheated. Still feeling pretty darn good. STILL craving foods I can’t have like crazy. Top of my list? Warm brownies with vanilla yogurt! Yum!
