Menu:
Breakfast- oatmeal with blueberries
Lunch- 15 bean soup and brown rice
Snack- mango
Dinner- taco salad (from the famous Crestview Taco Town)
Okay! I’m weak! I admit it. I ate a taco salad from Taco Town for dinner. I couldn’t bring myself to eat another salad dressed in olive oil and lemon juice! I’ve been so good through this whole 2-week ordeal. I figure if I cheated now, it wouldn’t really matter. I will say that I only ate half the salad. I shared it with David, and I honestly didn’t feel one bit guilty. I think I earned that stinking taco salad. And I must say, I quite proud of myself for doing this detox. As much as I hated it at times, I felt really good. I’m definitely a 10 right now, but that could be because of the taco salad.
