Menu:
Breakfast-Kashi honey toasted oat cereal, rice milk
Snack- 1/2 an apple with 1 tsp sunflower butter
Lunch- rice noodle stir-fry (AGAIN! Eating the leftovers from the night before seemed like a good idea!)
Snack- carrot sticks and hummus
Dinner- black beans, brown rice, mixed green salad with lemon molasses vinaigrette
Today was okay. I’m already finding myself day dreaming about what I want my first non detox meal to be. I’m thinking pancakes! I’m still feeling kind of tired, and I’m finding that I’m feeling fuller faster. So my portions have gotten smaller. I’m not sure if this is because my stomach is shrinking, or because the food isn’t too appetizing, or because I’ve caught my daughter’s stomach virus! I hope it’s not the last one. I’d say I’m about a 5 on a scale of one to ten.
