Snack- 1/2 apple
Lunch- black beans and rice
Snack- 1/2 apple
Dinner- gluten free noodles with sauteed crimini mushrooms (though I didn’t eat any)

I feel like crap. I’ve hardly eaten anything today. I think I’ve definitely caught my daughter’s stomach virus, though not as severely. I just seem to feel weak and nauseated all the time. I pretty much spent today in bed. Today I’m a 2. I’m going back to bed.
