Menu:
Breakfast-Kashi honey oats cereal
Lunch- black beans and rice
Snack- apple
Dinner- chicken vegetable soup
Dessert- apple raspberry smoothie
So I think I’m really getting the hang of this thing. Yeah, my mind constantly wanders to those foods that I cannot have. But when really faced with the temptation, I find that I don’t want to give in to it. I’m feeling really good and I have lots more energy. So today I’d say I’m an 8.5.

Today is the 14th, but your last entry was the 8th, how has the rest of your detox gone? I happened across your site and I was intrigued because I am going to do one myself. I too want to start the new year off with a new way of living.
