Menu:
Breakfast- I was bad again and skipped
Lunch- chicken and veggie soup
Snack- pear
Dinner- red beans and rice with garlic chicken sausage
Half-way there! Woohoo! Not a whole lot to say about today. Things are going well. I managed to sneak off to the gym for a 45 minute workout. Then I stopped by the grocery store to pick up milk for the kids. I must confess I was seriously tempted to get something from the bakery. I figured I could eat it in the car and no one would know. But alas, I was a good girl. I didn’t eat anything I wasn’t supposed to. Yay me! I’d have to say today I’m still an 8.5.
