Breakfast- fried egg whites and pear
Lunch- oops I think I forgot to eat lunch
Snack- pear
Dinner- chicken and brown rice with roasted broccoli
Dessert- peach, pear, blueberry smoothie

Another uneventful day. Still haven’t cheated. Still feeling pretty darn good. STILL craving foods I can’t have like crazy. Top of my list? Warm brownies with vanilla yogurt! Yum! Makes my mouth water every time I think about it. Ok, I think I’m starting to fixate on the foods I can’t eat right now. Must stay focused! Ha! Only 6 days left, YIPPEE! Today I’m an 8. I miss sweets!
