Menu:
Breakfast- kashi toasted oats
Lunch- chicken and brown rice with roasted broccoli
Snack- blueberry oatmeal
Dinner- chicken lettuce wraps
I’m tired of being on this! I’m ready for it to be over with! I need some variety. I don’t want to see chicken or brown rice for a long time when this is over. I know this is good for me, and that I committed myself to doing it. That’s about the only reason I didn’t eat that piece of wonderful-looking pizza I made for the kids tonight! I’m a 6.
