Breakfast- fried egg whites and pear
Lunch- oops I think I forgot to eat lunch
Snack- pear
Dinner- chicken and brown rice with roasted broccoli
Dessert- peach, pear, blueberry smoothie
Another uneventful day. Still haven’t cheated. Still feeling pretty darn good. STILL craving foods I can’t have like crazy. Top of my list? Warm brownies with vanilla yogurt! Yum! Snack- 1/2 an apple with 1 tsp sunflower butter
Lunch- rice noodle stir-fry (AGAIN! Eating the leftovers from the night before seemed like a good idea!)

Dinner- black beans, brown rice, mixed green salad with lemon molasses vinaigrette
