Tell me how you really feel!
I stumbled upon a website that is dedicated to reviewing businesses’ customer service. It’s called measuredup.com, and it reviews everything from government agencies, to hotels, and even dry cleaning (which is actually what started it all!). Their restaurant/dining category is great.
The premis is that if you’ve eaten somewhere with really good or really bad customer service, you can voice your opinion praising or giving warnings about how you were treated. I just think this is so great because I don’t know how many times I’ve gone to a restaurant with great food, but the “abuse” I had to endure in order to get it made it unappetizing. So I’m planning to check out any new restaurants before going, just in case.
With online reviews available for just about everything under the sun. I’m so glad someone took the time to build this one.
